After payment confirmation, <strong>orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days<\/strong> of the mainland Portugal work calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-895ad157b0f580b57067605b8b77dc16 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#ff0000\"><strong>We would like to inform you that shipments to Brazil are suspended indefinitely, as the customs clearance process in the country is extremely complex and the entry of poppers into Brazilian territory is considered prohibited by local authorities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All of our shipments have a tracking code<\/strong> to guarantee greater security. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and logistics service. We advise you to group all items in a single order, as it will not be possible to group two different orders in a single shipment.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>packages shipped are discreet, without mention of the contents or the sender<\/strong>. All products are packed in a rigid box and conditioned to ensure maximum resistance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make a return, simply contact us through our channels up to 14 days after the date of receipt. Subsequently, you must send the product in the same condition in which it was received. We emphasize that collection at a DPD post is dependent on the carrier&#8217;s delivery structure and the opening hours of the delivery point, and for these reasons, we are unaware of possible delays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also have <strong>collection in a warehouse<\/strong>, located in the municipality of <strong>P\u00f3voa de Varzim<\/strong>, in the district of <strong>Porto<\/strong>. <strong>This option is free<\/strong> and withdrawal is expected to be <strong>available from 2 hours after payment confirmation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The address for collecting orders with collection from the partner agent is: <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/MM1yaXEFG3PNzyyZ9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Natur\u2019Art \u2013 Rua Florinda Ma\u00e7\u00e3es, Lj.5 4490-090, P\u00f3voa de Varzim.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening hours are: Mon. On Fri. From 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. On Saturdays, it is from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm. These opening hours are for information purposes only, as the store may temporarily close for travel reasons.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping to Spain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>peninsular Spain<\/strong>, we send your order via Correos Express, expected to be <strong>received within 2 working days<\/strong> after dispatch. <strong>Shipments to<\/strong> the <strong>Canary Islands<\/strong> are made by Correos Express Islas Express, with expected <strong>receipt from 1 to 5 working days<\/strong> after sending. For the <strong>Balearic Islands<\/strong>, shipments can be made by TNT or Packlink Selection, both expected to be <strong>received within 2 working days<\/strong> after shipment.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free shipping to Spain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchases worth <strong>\u20ac50 or more to mainland Spain<\/strong> have free shipping, with delivery within <strong>2 working days<\/strong>, in the following option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Correos Express ePaq24 (Spain &#8211; Peninsular) \u2192 free shipping from \u20ac50<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping to the rest of the world<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For shipments to the rest of the world, the customer always needs to provide us with their tax information (if required for imports into their country). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipments are made via registered mail, and the arrival time at customs can take between 5 and 7 business days. For other countries, if you think any additional information is needed to speed up the customs process, you can leave that information in the order notes box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to confirm whether they can receive poppers in their country. In Portugal, the sale of poppers is legal and there are no restrictions; however, if you are in any other country and want to buy them, make sure you can receive them. The import process is the sole responsibility of the customer, who must ensure that they can receive the product without any problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for any product sent by us that is held up in customs. Likewise, we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
