Shipping and returns
We ship to Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and the rest of the world. After payment confirmation, orders will be sent within 1 to 2 working days of the mainland Portugal working calendar.
All of our shipments have a tracking code to guarantee greater security. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and logistics service. We advise you to group all items in a single order, as it will not be possible to group two different orders in a single shipment.
The packages shipped are discreet, without mention of the contents or the sender. All products are packed in a rigid box and conditioned to ensure maximum resistance.
To make a return, simply contact us through our channels up to 14 days after the date of receipt. Subsequently, you must send the product in the same condition in which it was received. The customer bears return costs.
Shipping to Portugal
For mainland Portugal, we send your order via Correos Express or to a DPD Pickup point, expected to be received within 1 working day after dispatch. Shipments to the Portuguese islands are made by registered CTT mail, expected to be received within 2 working days after sending.
Free shipping to Portugal
Free shipping in mainland Portugal in the following situations and with delivery from 1 working day:
- DPD Pickup (mainland Portugal) → free shipping from €35
- DPD (mainland Portugal) → free shipping from €45
- Correos Express ePaq24 (mainland Portugal) → free shipping from €40
Pick up orders in mainland Portugal
You can choose to pick up your order at any DPD collection point, expected to be received at the agent within 1 working day after dispatch. We emphasize that collection at a DPD post is dependent on the carrier’s delivery structure and the opening hours of the delivery point, and for these reasons, we are unaware of possible delays.
We also have collection in a warehouse, located in the municipality of Póvoa de Varzim, in the district of Porto. This option is free and withdrawal is expected to be available from 2 hours after payment confirmation.
The address for collecting orders with collection from the partner agent is: Natur’Art – Rua Florinda Maçães, Lj.5 4490-090, Póvoa de Varzim.
Opening hours are: Mon. On Fri. From 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. On Saturdays, it is from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm. These opening hours are for information purposes only, as the store may temporarily close for travel reasons.
Shipping to Spain
For peninsular Spain, we send your order via Correos Express, expected to be received within 2 working days after dispatch. Shipments to the Canary Islands are made by Correos Express Islas Express, with expected receipt from 1 to 5 working days after sending. For the Balearic Islands, shipments can be made by TNT or Packlink Selection, both expected to be received within 2 working days after shipment.
Free shipping to Spain
Purchases worth €40 or more to mainland Spain have free shipping, with delivery within 2 working days, in the following option:

Shipping to Brazil and the rest of the world
For shipments to Brazil, the customer must always inform us of their CPF. This requirement is mandatory by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, which always requires this identification from us so that orders can be shipped.
Attention: For logistical reasons, shipments to Brazil are sent twice a week. The order tracking code is sent automatically as soon as it is shipped.
Shipments to Brazil are made by registered CTT and the arrival time at customs is 5 to 7 working days. It is mandatory to inform your CPF for customs clearance purposes. For other countries, if you think any additional information is necessary to make the customs process faster, you can leave this information in the order notes box.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm whether they can receive poppers in Brazil or in their country. In Portugal, the sale of poppers is legal and has no restrictions, however, if you are in Brazil or any other country, and want to make the purchase, make sure you can receive it. Importing is the sole responsibility of the customer, who must be sure that they can receive the product without any problems.
We are not responsible for any product sent by us that is held up in customs. Likewise, we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. Any product sent by us that is unclaimed or not, and is possible for the customer to clear customs, will not be refunded any amount.
Furthermore, for purchases made to countries outside the European Union, if the order is returned and the products are in suitable condition to be returned to our stock, the total amount spent by the customer will be refunded exclusively in the form of a voucher. However, it is important to note that the refunded amount will not include original shipping costs and any products that may be returned that are damaged or showing signs of wear or tear.
